Fitness.  Health.  Well-being.

About Annie

My fitness journey began in 2006, right after the birth of my second child. Like so many women, I was juggling the demands of being a wife and mother and working part-time. I wanted to shed the baby weight, feel more energised, and build the strength to handle the everyday challenges life threw my way.

After years of trying different diets and exercise routines, I learned that true transformation comes from building a sustainable lifestyle that nourishes body and mind. I discovered the vital role of strength training in building and maintaining muscle mass, which is essential for feeling strong and healthy as we age. Combined with proper nutrition, I realised how crucial muscle is for metabolism, longevity, and overall health.

My passion for fitness led me to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training and a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral. These qualifications allow me to create personalised fitness programs focused on building lean muscle and offer tailored nutritional guidance.

Seven years later, I am training harder than ever, and my ambition is clear: to redefine what strength and health mean in midlife and beyond.

In 2009, Sir Liam Donaldson, the then Chief Medical Officer for England, hailed the benefits of physical activity by suggesting that 'if a medication existed that had a similar effect on preventing disease, it would be hailed a miracle cure'.

The philosophers of ancient Greece reported on the benefits of physical activity centuries ago. Plato stated, 'Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it'.
